Shipping – Terms & Conditions
If your item doesn’t arrive check at your local PO or Mail Exchange or call them. In most cases the item was delayed in the Australia Post mail system. We do not guarantee delivery day/time on shipments as once it leaves our hands we have no control over it.
Proof of delivery applies to all customers who receive an email to their nominated email address advising goods are shipped with tracking No.. Once goods are posted and tracking No. shows items received at customers nominated delivery address this proves delivery. ID and or signature may be required.
Payment Options:
Credit Card Processing Gateway payments are via our EZYHD Secure web site checkout process. Once your order has been processed you will be directed back to EZYHD web site. Stripe send us a copy of the payment seconds from when its paid (so please don’t send us a copy!).
Change of mind
We do not refund for change of mind, purchased wrong size, ordered incorrectly or not suitable.
Refund:
A returned unusable damaged product for refund must include original box, or blister pac with accessories and screen protector if provided. The item has no noticeable cosmetic damage, and the display box has not been damaged, then a refund will be made less l0% for handling costs and any postage provided free of charge.
A refund is usually made within 7 days once EZYHD receives product back and inspected, damaged items or those not returned in display box or blisrter pac (if originally) provided) are not subject to a refund. Simply email us for return address. We do not refund any free postage paid by EZYHD or for retied item.
Faulty item:
If you have a faulty item please contact us for advise first. If a replacement request we are always happy to assist. Customers must contact us first for a resolution. In the case of HDFury products customer must contact HDFury Support HERE (not a third party such as Stripe or credit card company) within 21 days from date of order or within the warranty period if faulty.
EZYHD is not responsible for a refund or charge back should a credit card be used for payment of goods in a fraudulent manner. We do not cover removal or re- install of any cable. HDMI cables are not warranted against a customers HDMI 2.1 AV receiver or sending device with a faulty or incorrect micro chip. If incorrect address is supplied or part of additional postage to correct address is payable.
Personal information
Personal information is never given or sold to a third party for any reason. Its kept very secure and a password is required to access it. EZYHD is a https web site so very secure.
Warranty:
RUIPRO Warranty
The warranty protects you for a specific period (“Warranty Period”) from your date of purchase as stated in your bill of sale or as otherwise established by Ruipro. Typically the warranty on Ruipro Copper Cables remains in effect for two years from the date of the first consumer purchase and Ruipro Fiber Optic and Pure Fiber Cables the warranty is lifetime.
Except as otherwise stated in this policy, this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship if: (1) you purchased this product from a dealer that is a Ruipro authorised dealer with respect to this product at the time of your purchase; (2) your original, dated bill of sale is presented whenever warranty service is required during the warranty period; and (3) unless Ruipro states otherwise, you purchased this product in brand new condition.
This policy does not cover damage or loss: caused by accident (including force majeure or natural forces), misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, product modification, any installation removal or re-installation; caused by failure to follow instructions in the owner’s guide; resulting from repairs. The following are also excluded from this warranty: deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use.
Ruipro reserves the right to change the design of, or upgrade, any product from time to time without notice and with no obligation to make any changes or upgrades to any products previously sold or manufactured.
HDFury Warranty
The warranty protects you for a specific period (“Warranty Period”) from your date of purchase as stated in your bill of sale or as otherwise established by HDfury. Typically the warranty on HDfury products (except for some accessories) remains in effect for one year from the date of the first consumer purchase.
Except as otherwise stated in this policy, this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship if: (1) you purchased this product from a dealer that is a HDfury authorised dealer with respect to this product at the time of your purchase; (2) your original, dated bill of sale is presented whenever warranty service is required during the warranty period; and (3) unless HDfury states otherwise, you purchased this product in brand new condition.
This policy does not cover damage or loss: caused by accident (including force majeure or natural forces), misuse, abuse, neglect, product modification; occurring during shipment; caused by failure to follow instructions in the owner’s guide, including failure to perform recommended periodic or routine maintenance; resulting from repairs HDfury did not authorise; (for products not specified by HDfury for commercial or industrial use) caused by any commercial or industrial use; to the decorative surface of this product; to any data, software or information; caused by using this product for other than its intended purpose; or covered under any of your (or your installer’s) insurance policy or coverage. The following are also excluded from this warranty: if this product’s serial number has been altered, defaced or removed; deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn or depleted with use, including batteries and headphone/headset ear pads/foam pads; any accessory to this product, even if supplied by HDfury; any installation, removal or re-installation; any set-up calibration or adjustment; any performance variations due to installation-related circumstances, such as program source quality or AC power fluctuations.
HDfury reserves the right to change the design of, or upgrade, any product from time to time without notice and with no obligation to make any changes or upgrades to any products previously sold or manufactured.
Consumer Guarantee:
All items sold by EZYHD are covered by Consumer Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return any item that is deemed faulty within a reasonable time frame from the date of the sale. If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will provide either a repair, replacement or refund. The Purchaser pays for postage, all claims with respect to defective items will be handled through EZYHD at the email address displayed when you purchased your item/s.
